ORLEN UNIPETROL RPA s.r.o. is a leading Czech producer in the field of refinery, petrochemical and agrochemical products, which is also reflected in the initial abbreviation "RPA": refinery, petrochemistry, agrochemistry. The company supplies the market primarily with motor fuels, fuel oils, asphalts, liquefied petroleum products, oil hydrogenates, other refinery products, olefins and aromates, polyolefins (high-density polyethylene, polypropylene), agrochemicals, carbon black and sorbents.

PP MOSTEN is produced by ORLEN Unipetrol RPA using Innovene™ PP gas phase technology with a capacity 300 kt/year. The PP MOSTEN assortment contains homopolymers, block and random copolymers both reactor and CR (controlled-rheology) grades. The CR-grades are prepared by controlled thermo-oxidative degradation of PP reactor powder, in order to control molecular weight of the polymer. PP MOSTEN is manufactured in the form of natural pellets. It is stabilized by additive package, which provides the material protection during processing, extends the service life and modifies the application properties of the products.

PP MOSTEN is a thermoplastic material used in the production of injection moulded products (various food, storage and tool boxes, pots, household goods, dowels, toys, technical parts etc), packaging films (food- textile- stationery packaging), fibres (textile tapes for woven bags and carpet backings, twins, ropes), staple fibres and multifilaments, nonwoven fabrics (baby diapers, hygienic towels, one-off clothes, construction industry and agriculture), boards and sheets for welded tanks, swimming pools, sheets for thermoforming of food packaging, matrix for various compounds, etc.

ORLEN UNIPETROL RPA s.r.o. produces PP MOSTEN using an Integrated Quality, Environmental, Safety and Energy Management System (IMS), which has been certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Ltd. (LRQA) according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 50001.
